Also known as the Dragon Fruit, the Pitaya is a stunningly beautiful fruit
with an intense colour and shape, magnificent flowers and a delicious taste.
The fruit, apart from being refreshing and tasty, contains a lot of water and
minerals with many different nutrition ingredients.
It tastes light sweet and it's good for liver, laxative, supplementing fiber
and very suitable for diet.

Besides, dragon fruit is also good for person who has a high blood pressure.

How to Select and Store 
They should be full-colored and free of moldy spots. Dragon Fruit should be refrigerated, unwashed, for up to 5 days. Serve chilled. 

Dragon Fruit Pizza
Ingredients needed : 

1 package of ready to use pre-made sugar cookie dough
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 dragon fruit, peeled and sliced
3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 cup strawberries, hulled and cut in half
1/4 cup apricot glaze

Directions 
Rolled out cookie dough into a 12 inch round.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Allow to cool completely.
Meanwhile, prepare fruit by washing and slicing it into 1/4 inch slices.
Cream together the cream chees, powdered sugar and lemon jucie.
When the crust is cool, top with the cream cheese mixture.
Lay fruit in a circle on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Spread apriot glaze over fruit.
Chill until ready to serve.

Siew Mai


Ingredients
200g of chicken meat (chop)
100g of prawn meat (chop)
3pcs of salted eggs-yolk (蛋黄)
5pcs of dried mushrooms (shock n chop)
5tbs of Ghee Hiang Sesame Oil
5tbs of Soy Sauce
1tsp of salt
1tsp of paper powder
3tsp of topioca flour
50pcs of watan skin(云吞皮) (can buy at morning market)

Steps
1) Mix all the above ingredients, accept 50pcs of water skin.
2) leave for 1 hour at frige.
3) Use watan skin (云吞皮) to wrapping the mixture at step (1).
4) The method for wrapping the mixture with the Watan skin, please refer to the picture above.

Nasi Lemak


Ingredients of Nasi
2 cups of rice
2 pcs of chop small onions
1cm of ginger
50g of coconut milk

Steps
1) Clean the 2 cups of rice water plain water.
2) Pour all the clean rice and chop small onions and ginger.
3) Pour Water with coconut milk.
4) Let Cook like normal rice.

Ingredients of Sambal Ikan Bilis
200g of Ikan bilis
20g of dried chilis
15pcs of small onions
3pcs of garlics
1 tsp of fried (until fragrant) belacan
2pcs of big onions (cut into sliced)
3tsp of cooking oil
Sugur (own taste)
Salt (own taste)
Asam water

Steps
1) Blend dried chilis, small onion, garlic.
2) Fried ikan bilis (let it cool)
3) Pour 3tsp of cooking oil into hot pot then pour all the blended (dried chilis, small onion, garlic)
Let cook until fragrant.
4) Pour fried ikan bilis at step (2). Let cook about 3 minutes.
5) Add sliced big onions.
6) Remember to add a bit more sugar
7) add salt to taste la..
8) sure u need to add some water(asam), just a little bit of asam will do.

Durian Jam

Ingredients
500g of Durian meat
100g of sugar
80g of coconut milk

Steps
1) Hot pot with pour in the 100g of sugar, let cook until golden yellow.
2) Pour the Durian meat into hot pot, stir evenly until the durian meat become golden yellow.
(it taken about 10 to 15 minutes)
3) Pour 80g of coconut milk, and keep on stir to avoid pot sticky.
4) Let cook and stir about 15 minutes.

Sago and Corn Soup


Ingredients
200g of Sago (big size)
200g of Sugar
1 can of sweetcorn (Ayam brand)
60g of topioca Starch
Steps
1) Boil a pot of water, flame less and mixture with sago & boil water (better leave overnight)
2) steam the sago with a little of water, until the sago become transparent.
3) Boil 3.6litter of water.
4) Pour a can of sweetcorn and cooked sago into boil water.
5) Let cook for about 6 to 8 minutes.
6) Get ready the 60g of tropical flour with 100ml of plain cold water, mixture.
7) Slowly pour and stir into step (4).
8) Let cook for about 5 minutes.

Claypot Tang Hun (冬粉)


Ingredients
300 gram of Tang Hun (冬粉)
2 chicken's drumstick (cut into cube)
10 pcs of mushrooms (cut into half for big mushroom)
1 pc of carrot (cut into slice)
some fresh onion leaves (can be put more for onion leave lover)
3 pcs of small garlic (cut into slice)
4 tea spoons of olive oil.
250ml water
Condiments chickens cubes
1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 dark soy sauce, 1 tdsp wine.
1) Mix all the ingredients and keep in fridge for about 1 hour.
Condiments for mushrooms
1 bowl of hot water, 1 tbsp of soy source, 1/2 tsp sugar.
1) Mix all ingredients and keep for about 30 minutes with mushrooms.
Steps
1) Heat frying pan with garlic and 2 tea spoons of olive oil into until garlic fragrant then mix all Tang Hun(冬粉) with it, cook for about 3 minutes then turn off flame, leave a side.
2) Heat frying claypot with 2 tea spoons of olive oil, mushrooms and carrots for about 1 minute then only mix the condiment chicken cubes for about 5 minutes.
3) Pour 250ml of water into claypot, simmer for about 15 minutes
4) add in the the fried tang hun(冬粉) into claypot, stirring continuously for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Note: the step (4) can not over cook, the tang hun(冬粉) will break into small.

Dragon Jelly (Healthy and delicious)



Ingredients
1 box of KONNYAKU Jelly Mix
1 pc of Red Dragon Fruit

Steps
1) Pour in a packet of KONNYAKU Jelly Powder into 1250ml of boiling water gradually.
2) Stir well for only 5 minutes until mixture in dissolved.
3) Turn off the flame, add in the Malic Acid.
4) Let if cold for about 5 minute.
5) Peel off the red dragon fruit's skin and cut into cube or other sharp that you like as long as the jelly mould can fit in the fruits.
6) Place pieces of the cube red dragon fruit into jelly mould and pour the jelly into the mould.
7) Chill to set the jelly in the refrigerator for about 3 hours before serve.

Tips for Making Dumpling Dough

Ingredients
200g Glutinous rice flour
50g Shortening
120g Water

Procedure..
Step 1) Mix glutinous rice flour with shortening

Step 2) Plus Water and knead into soft dough

Step 3) Take 1/4 dough of it to blanch in boiling water into cooked dough.

Step 4) Use the cooked dough to mix with the rest of dough and knead until smooth and non-sticky. Apportion the dough, then make into small balls.

TomaPlum

Ingredients
1pc of Tomato (small to medium size)
1pc of Sour Plum

Steps
1) Wash and dry the tomato.
2) Cut a triangle shape hole on top of tomato.
3) Push a sour plum into the triangle hole.
4) Keep into freezer for about an hour time then this dessert will be ready to served.

Wisdom Secret Spaghetti Bolognese



Ingredients
1kg of fresh tomatoes
500g of spaghetti noodle
10tbs of olive oild
a can of tuna fish (pure n water)
some mushroom
some garlic
some salt
some cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
2tsp of Oregano Ground
2tsp of Parsley Flakes
2tsp of Rosemary Leaves
1tsp of Nutmeg
2tsp of Cornstarch

Note:
Experiment now and then ! try a little Nutmeg in your spaghetti sauce....

Steps

Noodle



  1. Boil a bowl of hot water then put noodle into hot water bowl and add a little bit of salt

  2. Let cook about 7 to 10 minutes (depend on which brand of noodle), then drain.

  3. Fried the garlic with some olive oil until aromatic then pour the spaghetti noodle, cook about 10 minutes.

Sauce



  1. Blend the tomatoes until juicy.

  2. Chopped mushroom into slices

  3. Fried some garlic until aromatic then pour a can of tuna fish and chopped mushroom (cook about 5 minutes)

  4. Pour tomatoes juice (let cook about 3 minutes)

  5. Added herbs (Oregano Ground, Parsley Flakes, Rosemary Leaves, Nutmeg), cook about 3-4 minutes.

  6. Mix evenly the cornstarch with plain water then pour into tomatoes sauce (let cook about 5 minutes)

Honey Chicken (蜜糖鸡)




Ingredients

  • Half bird of chicken
  • 3tbs of Pure honey
  • 2tbs of corn flour
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some oil
  • some garlic
  1. Wash n chop the chicken into cube.
  2. Mix chicken with salt, pepper for about 1 hour (Must keep inside freezer).
  3. After an hour, take out from Freezer for half an hour for normal temperture then only fried with old oil (not well cook)
  4. fried some garlic until aromatic then all the fried chicken pour in together with garlic, by the same time honey must cook with garlic and chicken.
  5. Let cook until well dome it take about 10 minutes time, then this dish will be servered.

Homemade Fruit Enzyme(酵素)





Pineapple, Kiwi, Lemon (Mixed fruit Enzyme 酵素)

ingredients
1/4 PC of Pineapple
5 PCs of Kiwi
2 PCs of lemon
some sugar cane sweetener

Steps..
1) wash and dry all the ingredient fruits
2) Cut into slices
3) Arrange layer by layer for all the fruits into a glass container
(example arrange lemon at 1st layer, kiwi at 2nd layer, pineapple at 3rd layer,
put some sugar cane sweetener on top, repeat the arrangement until finished)
4) leave for 3 weeks only can be consumed.

Advantages
1) Help skin whitening purpose.
2) Help body digest system.
