Claypot Tang Hun (冬粉)


Ingredients
300 gram of Tang Hun (冬粉)
2 chicken's drumstick (cut into cube)
10 pcs of mushrooms (cut into half for big mushroom)
1 pc of carrot (cut into slice)
some fresh onion leaves (can be put more for onion leave lover)
3 pcs of small garlic (cut into slice)
4 tea spoons of olive oil.
250ml water
Condiments chickens cubes
1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 dark soy sauce, 1 tdsp wine.
1) Mix all the ingredients and keep in fridge for about 1 hour.
Condiments for mushrooms
1 bowl of hot water, 1 tbsp of soy source, 1/2 tsp sugar.
1) Mix all ingredients and keep for about 30 minutes with mushrooms.
Steps
1) Heat frying pan with garlic and 2 tea spoons of olive oil into until garlic fragrant then mix all Tang Hun(冬粉) with it, cook for about 3 minutes then turn off flame, leave a side.
2) Heat frying claypot with 2 tea spoons of olive oil, mushrooms and carrots for about 1 minute then only mix the condiment chicken cubes for about 5 minutes.
3) Pour 250ml of water into claypot, simmer for about 15 minutes
4) add in the the fried tang hun(冬粉) into claypot, stirring continuously for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Note: the step (4) can not over cook, the tang hun(冬粉) will break into small.

haha ~~ this claypot tang hun is really yummy... tang hun is cheaper than bihun or kuih teow... cheap n delicious... :p
